The Atlantic Torpedo Ray is a tier 10 animal.

Mechanics[edit | edit source]

  • Lionfish evolve into Atlantic torpedos.
    • 48,000 XP is required for a lionfish to evolve into an Atlantic torpedo.
  • Atlantic torpedos do not evolve into any other animals, as they are part of the last tier of animals you can be.
  • Atlantic torpedos drop meat upon death.
  • As an Atlantic torpedo, friendly fire is turned off for all tier 1 animals: meaning you cannot damage them nor be damaged by them.

Abilities[edit | edit source]

Passive Abilities[edit | edit source]

  • When your boost bars are full, an aura appears around you, slowing down all animals in its radius by 5%
  • Dig into the ground with an uncharged boost
    • You're slow while in the ground and slowly lose oxygen.
    • Stay Still while in the ground to regenerate your boosts.
    • You lose less oxygen while staying still.

Boosts[edit | edit source]

Struggle None Using the uncharged boost while grabbed will perform the "Shock" ability. However, the grabber will not be affected while they are holding you.

Doesn't consume a boost bar.

Shock Torpedo Shock.png 0.5 seconds Briefly enter a "charged" state. Animals that touch you in this state take major recoil and get electrocuted, immobilizing them and dealing rapid damage.

You gain +50% armor while charged. You also take no recoil in this state.

Electrocute Torpedo Electrocute.png 1 second Identical to "Shock", but while dash-boosting.

Can be used on land without consuming a boost bar, but only when you have at least one boost available.

Suitable Biomes[edit | edit source]

  • The suitable biome for the Atlantic torpedo is the ocean.
    • If an Atlantic torpedo enters the ocean surface, it will lose oxygen.
    • If an Atlantic torpedo enters the arctic, it will lose temperature.
    • If an Atlantic torpedo enters the arctic surface, it will lose oxygen and temperature.
    • If an Atlantic torpedo enters the deeeep, it will lose pressure.
    • If an Atlantic torpedo enters the swamp, it will lose salinity.
    • If an Atlantic torpedo enters the swamp surface, it will not regenerate salinity.

Plankton All Food.png 25 Spawns in the ocean.

Volcano Food All except lamprey Lavabubble.png 125 Affected by gravity, floats upwards. Spawns out of volcanoes, which can be hidden in and are located in the arctic and the deeeep. When eaten as an animal that is not suited to the arctic, it will replenish some of your temperature.
Person Tier 9 to tier 10 except sunfish and stonefish Man.png 300 Spawns just above the water. Does not spawn in the arctic.
Flappy Duck Ray to tier 10 Flappyduck.png 675 Spawns in a horizontal line just below the height limit.
